PRECISION NUTRITION PROVIDES THE IDEAL MIX OF QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY.
Our technology has not previously been used in agriculture. The unique vertical design and equipment at Lewisburg West ensures low inclusion products are precise. The plant has 100-plus micro-ingredient bins for lower-inclusion additives. We can segregate specific inclusions, add them to a mix with gram-level precision and verify the premix was made to specifications.
SECURE PRODUCTION ENSURES ACCURACY AND SAFEGUARDS THE MIX.
In addition to precise measurements, the premix production at Lewisburg West is also secure. The plant includes a high level of automation and controls to keep mixes safe and accurate. Traceability and record-keeping of products occurs throughout plant. Locked access points can be opened only with barcode scanning. Checkpoints after every ingredient addition confirm the mix is accurate before it leaves the plant.
